RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Dimensional Optics for a full refund.

How to Return an Item to Us

Your reasons for returning an item are all acceptable to us. We ask, however, that you return all item(s) in the original packaging with the merchandise in the same condition as you received it.  We will not accept returns on opened Blu-ray 3D discs.

All eligible merchandise must receive prior return authorization from our Customer Care representative by email or telephone. Customer Care will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon the issuance of the RMA #, you will be provided instructions on how to complete the item return.

1. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

2. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days.

Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Return Shipping Instructions

1. To ship your return, you can use your original DimensionalOptics.com shipping box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box that affords an equal degree of protection.

2. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.

3. In order to properly credit your account, please include the original packing slip in with your return shipment.

Scratched Lenses
The lenses in your eyewear have been inspected by Dimensional Optics for visual quality and the total absence of scratches or defects. Please inspect your lenses upon receipt and confirm the total absence of scratches. No product returns will be accepted for scratched lenses after you have received and used the eyewear.
