created with a three dimensional effect. The 3D TV display technology is available
in two different formats: Active and Passive. The Active 3D TV technology is incorporated
in the Active 3D glasses. The Passive 3D TV technology is incorporated in the TV.

5. Why are Passive 3D glasses less expensive?
Passive 3D glasses for Passive 3D Home TVs and movie theaters use Passive technology

the 3D glasses. Active 3D glasses for Active 3D Home TVs use Active technology where
the expensive electronics are located in the 3D glasses. The Passive 3D glasses
use Circular Polarized lens technology without electronics and, therefore, are less
expensive to manufacturer.

8. How do I power-on my Active 3D glasses?
Your Active 3D glasses use electronically-driven Liquid Crystal lenses that receive
a signal emitted from the 3D-ready TV. To Power-ON the glasses, find the Power button
on the top left temple. Depress the Power button and the LED green light will shine
for 1.5 seconds. To turn OFF, depress the power button for 1.5 seconds and the LED
green light will blink three times.

9. Why do my Active 3D glasses 'flicker' at times?
Your Active 3D glasses receive an IR (infrared) signal from your 3D-ready TV. For
proper use, glasses should squarely face TV with no objects blocking the signal
between the TV and the 3D glasses. Keep the 3D glasses away from other IR devices
and Fluorescent lighting as this can cause some 'flicker' at times.

10. How do I recharge my Active 3D glasses?
When your Active 3D glasses need recharging, the LED green light will blink once
every three seconds indicating your battery power is low. Locate the USB cable in

on the bottom of your left temple and your computer. The LED red light will indicate
